Hi mama! My name is Amy, and I am the owner of FIT4MOM Rockland. I live here in Blauvelt with my husband and 2 daughters- Emma and Sophie. During Emma's early newborn months, I jokingly say that I became an expert in morning television. I was overwhelmed by being a first time mom and felt unprepared to venture too far from home. However, as spring approached, I knew that I needed to get some fresh air and meet other moms. I found FIT4MOM and began taking their Stroller Strides classes daily. I loved that the classes gave me the chance to get outside, exercise, and socialize with new moms just like me. Plus, with nursery rhymes and playful interaction, the babies were engaged and entertained too. Before long, I knew that I had to bring this mama magic closer to home here in Rockland.
