Then enjoy open play with your little one from 10:00-11:00am in the out-of-this-world playspace!

Start with a Body Ignite workout (9:30–10:15 AM), then enjoy a family-friendly Forest Bathing experience (10:30–11:30 AM). Through guided nature exploration, simple sensory activities, and mindful moments, families will connect with nature in a fun, kid-centered way. Light refreshments to follow. Cost: $20/family

Dive Under the Sea with our friends at Big Blue! Start with a FIT4MOM workout, then enjoy a Big Blue water safety presentation and Mommy & Me swim class. Moms join their little swimmer in the water (one child per mom), followed by time to play, connect, and explore the facility. Free for members, $35 non-members. To use class pass contact Amy.
