Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you for the rest of your day!

Body Ignite® is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

Full Body Workout for Moms

BOOT CAMP

Boot Camp is a 4-week moms-only program that features our Body Ignite® weights-based strength-training and Body Boost® HIIT-style workouts. The 4-week training plan includes three 30-minute live virtual workouts per week. Plus participants have full access to FIT4MOM On Demand with a calendar of suggested workouts to complement our training.

Each month features one wellness focus. Examples include hydration, mindfulness, and eating greens.

RUN CLUB+®

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!
