We often hear that moms want to benefit from the magic and accountability of our Run Club+ but aren't quite ready for that level of training. Enter Moms on the Move!

This 6-week guided walking program is your one-stop shop for movement, community, and inspiration! Build your stamina in manageable increments designed to increase your endurance and fit into the busy-ness of motherhood.

Who is this program for?

Everyone! It is truly for moms at any age and stage of motherhood- whether you are 6 months pregnant, 6 weeks postpartum, or have a 16 year old! You can complete this while pregnant, newly postpartum, with a stroller, or on your own.

It is for all fitness levels. If you are looking for a low-stakes entry into movement- this is for you. If you already move a little but are looking for more accountability, this is for you. If you're a fitness junkie but love a good challenge and the chance to win prizes- guess what?- this is for you.

What is included?

  • A day-by-day training plan that provides daily time-based walking goals
  • Small group accountability
  • 2x Optional Weekly Meet-Ups

When are the weekly meet-ups?

  • Sundays 9:30am at Rockland Lake
  • Thursday 10:30am - Locations Vary (ex. Nyack Beach State Park, Joseph B. Clarke Rail Trail, Piermont Pier, Congers Lake)

I can't make the meet-ups. Can I still participate?

Absolutely! You will still have full access to the walking plan. Plus, we will encourage moms to invite others for walks in our group chat. Plan to walk Wednesday at 5pm on the Rail Trail - share it in our group to find a walking buddy!

April 1-May 12

How much does it cost?

Non-members: $135 (on sale for $99 3/22-3/27!)

Current Members + Pass holders: $35

Boot Camp Moms (who pre-enroll in May/June): $35
