Live classes meet virtually 5:30-6:00am on Zoom.

Wednesday is Choice Day!

Run: The monthly workout calendar provides suggested walk/run workouts each week that will help build your stamina and endurance. If you need a progressions or regressions from the suggested runs, please let us know. We are happy to modify to your needs!

On Demand: We have suggested a FIT4MOM On Demand workout that will challenge your agility and strength.

Strides: If you are a monthly member, this is a great day to attend an in-person Stroller Strides class!
